• Eligible return requests must be initiated within the period specified in our Return and Refund Policy.
• Returned products should be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices where applicable.
• Certain categories, including customized, perishable, hygiene-sensitive, or otherwise specified products, may not be eligible for return.
• Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method or another suitable method within the applicable processing period.

• Use automated tools, bots, or scraping technologies without permission.

• Use the Services for any activity that may damage the reputation or operations of HappyShelf.

• HappyShelf shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of our Services.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, governmental actions, or transportation disruptions.
• HappyShelf sources products through independent third-party sellers and marketplaces. While we make reasonable efforts to fulfill every order accurately and on time, product availability, fulfillment, and delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our direct control. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues and keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Our total liability arising from any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

• You violate these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Your account poses a security risk.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities.
