This Shipping Policy applies only to orders delivered within India.
At HappyShelf, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times may be extended during festivals, promotional events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated delivery timelines begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Fast Shipping (All Other States)
Estimated Delivery: 4–6 business days
Standard Shipping (Gujarat)
Estimated Delivery: 5–6 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to weather conditions, courier delays, remote locations, public holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Order Fulfillment
HappyShelf does not maintain its own inventory or warehouse. Once your order is confirmed, we arrange for the product to be sourced and shipped through independent third-party sellers and logistics providers.
Although fulfillment is handled through third parties, HappyShelf remains your primary point of contact for order-related questions, customer support, and assistance.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on:
- Delivery location
- Product size and weight
- Shipping method selected during checkout
The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

6. Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If delivery cannot be completed because of:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unavailability of the recipient
- Refusal to accept the shipment
- Failure to collect the package from the courier
the shipment may be returned to the fulfillment source or designated return address.
Where permitted by applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy, any shipping charges or other costs incurred due to failed delivery may be deducted from the refundable amount.

8. Delivery Inspection
Upon receiving your order, we recommend that you inspect the package before accepting delivery.
If you notice that the package appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete:
- Refuse delivery where possible, or note the damage with the delivery representative.
- Contact HappyShelf immediately, preferably on the same day, with photographs of the package and product.
Prompt reporting helps us investigate and resolve delivery-related issues more efficiently.
9. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Natural disasters
- Transportation disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Courier network delays
- High order volumes
